Mr. Ganpatbhai Babubhai Nayi serves as the Chairperson and Independent Director of our company. Mr. Priyank S. Shah

Mr. Priyank S. Shah is the Promoter, Founder Director, and Chief Financial Officer of our company. He began his journey in the jewellery business in 2007, learning various business aspects from his father. After gaining substantial experience, he established his own proprietary firm, M/s. S. M. Gold, in 2009. To expand the business, he, along with his brother, co-founded the company. His extensive knowledge of the jewellery industry has been crucial to the company’s growth. Currently, Mr. Shah oversees the marketing and accounts departments and plays a pivotal role in refining the company’s sales and marketing strategies.

Mr. Pulkitkumar S. Shah

Mr. Pulkitkumar S. Shah is the Promoter, Founder Director, and Managing Director of our company. After completing his HSC from the Gujarat Board, he earned a certificate in Information Technology from ATMC (Australian Technical and Management College) in 2009. Upon finishing his education, he joined the family jewellery business. In 2013, he ventured out to establish his own jewellery business under the name M/s. Kriya Gold. Later, in 2017, he co-founded S. M. Gold Limited with his brother. With over a decade of experience in the jewellery industry, he is responsible for preserving traditional designs while innovating trendy and fashionable jewellery collections, especially mangalsutras and other pieces sold by the company.

Mrs. Nitaben Sureshkumar Shah

Mrs. Nitaben Sureshkumar Shah has been a key member of the company since 2018. With a wealth of experience in the jewellery industry, she leads the Designing Department and is responsible for shaping the aesthetic direction of the company’s collections. Specializing in traditional jewellery design, Mrs. Shah skillfully blends timeless styles with contemporary trends, creating pieces that appeal to both heritage enthusiasts and modern buyers. Her keen attention to detail and profound understanding of cultural and market trends enable her to craft exquisite designs that stand out in a competitive marketplace.
